如何猫 - 诡秘之主， 未来号

 A fine wood model by 如何猫 How's Cat. This is the first time i try to apply some paint onto a wood model.

Overall is a really fine kit to build, i would say not as smooth as ROKR, but the bits of extra challenges are really welcomed. After this, i m seriously thinking of building another one with paint. Love the process!

Motor Nuclear 摩动核 - 干将

 This is an lovely SD kit. Ok, photo first:

This is a nice SD kit from one of the more established China manufacturer: Motor Nuclear. An SD kit with dull inner frame, metal frame, and load of parts n accessories.

Fitting is good. The pre painted color is bright n brilliant.

Probably the only complain is the design: a lil too much details n it is definitely not easy to take photo. Lol

A good 3 weeks project.

This is the 2nd kit from the same mould, by 橘猫工业。 Basically it is mainly the same mould, with some added runners and a color changed. Also new decals too.

Usually, i would think this is purely a rip off. However, looking at its price, pretty much 50% of the original, i would say at least the manufacturer knows what they r doing.

 Another paint-free pain-free project .... XD. Overall the fitting , considering it is almost half a decade old, i would say it is still pretty decend. The building process is very smooth n enjoyable.

Personally, what really draw me in with this kit, besides the nice price setting, is the new shield design, with the decal.

Really happy with this 3 weeks project.

Mechanical Whale - 鲲

 

This is a cute kit with plastic and metal parts. The whole packaging is like a beautiful gift box, with hard chip board and ribbon.

Instructions are super clear n easy.

I just added some extra metal parts and photo etch piece to make it looks better. Took me few days to just complete this. Super enjoyable project!

Keeppley 奇妙积木 - 王者荣耀， 铠

 This is one kit from Keeppley, China. 

Keeppley is a company mainly produce lego-like product. This is one that combines bricks and static model runners.

Toylike it might sounds, but honestly, the result is something that exceeds my expectations. It's fun to build, easy too, and the finishing and details are pretty high level. I have had done this with partial coloring, n the result is satisfying. Many cant even believe it when i first told them it is a lego-like brick kit.

Will definitely work more on this kind of hybrid kit.
