This is a kit extremely hard to get right in photography.
In real, the kit is damn huge and solid for an 1/100 kit. In addition to it, the full metal frame makes it really heavy and enjoyable to hold. Although it can be transform into a plane-like form, I didnt even bother to try that as the mecha form is so satisfying to look at.
Same as other un-painted projects, I have not painted this kit at all, besides just an overall flat coat on it. So in short I have just done the pretty basic steps of modeling, like cleaning the nub mark, panel line inking, decals. The extra part i did was adding metal transfer rivets and some metal parts, like metal thrusters.
Nothing much to say for the workmanship, but more to the good design n engineering of the kit. China kits are getting pretty good n value for money.
